Our Story
Kilmarnock Funeral Services is owned and operated by Gerard Robertson, M.B.I.E. and James Maxwell, Dip. FD.
Together, Gerry and Jim have over 30 years’ experience in funeral service, both in the UK and abroad.
Having previously worked for larger funeral companies, they shared a strong belief that families deserve a more personal and independent approach. This led to the creation of Kilmarnock Funeral Services — a business built on compassion, transparency and community values.
Gerard and James are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), demonstrating their commitment to professionalism, integrity and best practice within the funeral profession.
